CH21 / O For a Thousand Tongues to Sing
Call to worship
In Revelation 4:11, we read, "Worthy are You, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for You created all things, and by Your will they existed and were created." Before we share in moments of worship, let's first remember that we are not the starting point of worship—God is. He is the source of and foundation for our worship. He is the Creator who brings all things into being, and who gives us life. Let's turn our attention and focus now to Him, and glorify His name together!
CH7-10 / Praise the Almighty King (A Worship Sequence)
- If you use this sequence, consider also using the prescribed worship leader content from CH7
- Consider having the congregation sing CH8, the choir or a soloist/small ensemble sing CH9, and the congregation again for CH10
Hold Me Savior - Getty (listen / purchase)
Hold me Savior, lest I wander, never let me stray. When my heart is heavy laden, help me bear the weight.

Lord, from Sorrows Deep I Call - Papa/Boswell (listen / music attached)
Lord, from sorrows deep I call when my hope is shaken;
Torn and ruined from the fall, hear my desparation.
For so long I've pled and prayed, "God, come to my rescue!"
Even so, the thorn remain; still my heart will praise You.
Oh, my soul, put your hope in God, my help, my rock, I will praise Him.
Sing, oh sing, through the raging storm; You're still my God, my salvation.
CH734 / Be Strong in the Lord (this could also work well for acceptance)
Be strong, be strong, be strong in the Lord; And rejoice for the vict'ry is yours.
H56 / Praise Our God with Joyful Singing (opening option)
My Labor Is Not In Vain - CityAlight (response option; listen / music attached)
My work in Christ is not in vain, my labor will not fail.
For when I toil in Jesus' name, His purpose will prevail...
So may all I do, be it great or small, bring glory to Your name.
