Refocus

As the new year begins, it often brings with it a natural opportunity for realignment, reorientation, and a fresh sense of purpose. We reflect on the past, identifying areas where we desire growth, change, or improvement, while also looking forward with hope and anticipation for the future. This time of year calls us to pause, reassess, and recalibrate our lives.

With that in mind, our sermon theme for February is "Refocus." We will take intentional time to refocus on our relationship with God - examining how we encounter Him and how we respond to His Almighty presence in worship. We will also explore how to realign our perspectives with the love, healing, and teachings of Christ.

Refocus:

• On our encounters with God in His house
• On the reasons and ways, we worship and praise
• On Christ's commands to love God, our neighbor, and ourselves
• On the healing that is available to us in the presence of Jesus Christ
•  On Christ's teachings and prohibitions
