1. What a glorious day of mercy has the Lord for you prepared! All these years, now five and twenty, for each other you've been spared. God with grace your way attended; unto Him your thanks make known. Further grasp His grace extended and He'll keep you as His own.
2. Oh, it is the greatest mercy, this, your lot, by far the best: Still to follow on God's pathway, still to lean on Jesus' breast! Those who joy with you are sharing, stand united as of yore, their petition heav'nward bearing: "God be with you evermore!"
