1. How blessed and glorious with Jesus forever united to be. O great is Thy love and Thy mercy which daily is granted us free.
2. Once more didst Thou, Lord, by Thy mercy the office that reconciles give; the world may behold it as folly, but they who accept it shall live.
3. We wandered about in the desert and blindly were searching for Thee. Thou sawest us, dear loving Saviour, and helped us the way of life see.
4. Of such love we were not deserving that leads into pastures serene, but Thou art of love and of mercy and washest the uncleanest clean.
5. With deeds shall we therefore now thank Thee that into Thy truth Thou us drew. Lord, strengthen our faith in the future, in honour to Thee whom 'tis due.
