1. Come, dear Lord, in all Thy glory, We all long Thy face to see; This life with its passing pleasures, we will gladly leave for Thee. We stand waiting for Thy coming, When we shall forever be, With Thee in eternity.
2. Thy Apostles lead us onward, To the glorious realm on high; Through the darkness and temptations, which on earth are ever nigh. With Thy hand to guide and keep us, We’ll escape the Tempter’s snare; Soon we shall Christ’s Kingdom share. Amen.
