1. There is a call most precious, so fervent and so great. It draws us ever nearer to meet a blessed fate. It echoes rich with promise and gives us blessed rest. When Jesus calls, we hasten to lean upon His breast.
2. The words which He is voicing are sure to make us free. What He to us is giving shall ours forever be. His word, like thunder rolling, awakes our soul within, sheds light upon our pathway and takes away our sin.
3. Who would not come to Jesus, to such a loving Friend, and be with Him united who's faithful to the end? Though we're so weak and sinful and weary in our souls, yet we can come to Jesus and He will make us whole.
