1. I vow this day, Lord, to be loyal, in faith and duty to remain. Anew I pledge myself to Jesus, His favour I will seek to gain. Now by Your Spirit would I be guided toward eternity.
2. Accept the vow of this, Your child, Lord; the solemn oath of faith and trust, that I, when tried by sin, and tempted, may still uphold the pure and just. Young though I am, to You I give all of myself in firm belief.
3. Control my life and be the Ruler; my heart establish, make it true; my conduct to Your word resigning, to do Your will each day anew. Joy in Your presence I shall find, serving my Lord with heart and mind.
