Lyrics

1.  Gird on your armour, be prepared; your lamps with oil keep filled.  With godliness and holy love, to Christ the Lamb to yield.  The Bridegroom soon will come, His bride to carry home.  O be prepared, He'll not delay, therefore His call obey.
2.  How shall I then prepare my heart to meet this heav'nly Guest, so that His Holy Spirit's light my heart may fill, make blest?  His temple pure and clean, I'd be with love serene; that I may pray without a fear: "My Lord, O soon appear!"
3.  There still is time, go out today, guests to the feast invite; that they may come and purchase oil, their hearts with Christ unite.  Outside yet many wait to join the marriage fête.  There is yet much room vacant still, bring guests this space to fill.
4.  What great rejoicing when we there our bridal robes unfold.  And in the heaven's glorious realm our King shall there behold.  Sing "Hallelujah" loud, O bride of Christ avowed.  Yes, "Hallelujah" to our Lord we'll sing in one accord.
