1. A sparkling stream so pure and clear flows from the throne of grace and those who plunge within its flood will all their sins efface.
2. So fresh and cooling is this stream which sinners does invite. This holy flood which flows so clear makes sinful hearts pure white.
3. O stream of life, now flow within and purge our hearts from care. Then water too our thirsty souls that we much fruit may bear.
4. O'erflow our hearts, lifegiving stream, our strength is all in you. Come, weary soul, and quench your thirst, it flows for us anew.
Refrain: O Word of truth, O holy stream, so wonderful does flow. O plunge within, you chosen flock, where God His grace does show.
